The Paramount Tall Club was established in 1946 with the purpose of facilitating social interaction and friendship among tall men and women. As one of the founding members of the American Affiliation of Tall Club, which later became Tall Clubs International, we are proud of our tall heritage. Paramount merged with the Tall Girls’ Club of Chicago in 1963, and has been promoting fun activities ever since.
Most events are open to the public.
Business meetings are on the second Monday of every month at 7:30 pm, at Manny’s Ale House, 638 W. St. Charles Rd., Elmhurst, IL (630)617-8700.
Many of the Tall Clubs in various cities across North America host a big, fun three (or four) day annual party known as their “Weekend“. This is a great way to meet tall people from all around the world, and it’s a great way to get a special tour of other cities by the locals. Other chapters host national or international “Conventions” or local “Gatherings” Paramount’s annual weekend is traditionally in late January. Planning for our 2023 date is ongoing.
